Resort Project definition

Resort Project means Phase I and Phase II of the Gaming and hospitality Project and the Infrastructure discussed in the Environmental Study.

Resort Project means a project that primarily provides accommodations for transient vacation rentals, including, but not limited to, hotel rooms, multiple-family dwellings, time share units or single-family dwellings, which project area also contains tourist-oriented commercial or recreational facilities, support services or amenities, including, but not limited to, restaurants, bars, shops, spas, golf courses, or other attractions or services, that may generate a need for workforce housing for employees.

Examples of Resort Project in a sentence

  • The Concessionaire shall comply with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits and Good Industry Practice for securing the safety of the Resort, Project Infrastructure, safety of the Users and other persons present in the premises.

  • The Plan and any updates shall be made available to the County for informational purposes and the County and Tribe shall consult and coordinate services to further develop the Plan and to prepare to respond to any emergency at the Existing Casino, the Resort Project.

  • In addition to a permanent Gaming Facility, the Original Casino Resort Project would have included a 600-room hotel and related restaurant, retail, and hospitality facilities, as well as conference and entertainment venues.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, the Reduced-Size Casino Resort Project means an approximately 60,000 square foot casino with a maximum of 1,500 Class III slot machines, table games, a hotel with less than 300 rooms, in addition to a spa, salon and fitness room, restaurants, food court, a multi-function event center and a wedding chapel, including necessary infrastructure.

  • The Parties recognize that additional impacts or events, not foreseen or compensated for in this Amended MOA, may occur and that the projected income from which the Tribe intends to pay the County fees may be negatively impacted in the future, including the possible inability to open the Reduced-Size Casino Resort Project as planned.

Related to Resort Project

  • Redevelopment project means any work or undertaking

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Infrastructure project means any construction or acquisition of treatment works,

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Redevelopment means areas where development is replacing older development.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan; and

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.
