Residential Condominium Declaration definition

Residential Condominium Declaration. That certain sub-condominium declaration, entitled the “Subordinate Declaration of Condominium Regime for Block 21 Hotel Residential Condominiums,” to be recorded against the Residential Units and Hotel.
Residential Condominium Declaration means and refer to the Declaration of Condominium for The Hudson Condominium recorded in Book 11691, Page 938, as amended
Residential Condominium Declaration means that certain Declaration of Condominium executed by Grantor as declarant and recorded or to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for the City of St. Louis, Missouri, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, supplemented, or modified

  • Public building and "public work" means a public building of, and a public work of, a governmental entity (the United States; the District of Columbia; commonwealths, territories, and minor outlying islands of the United States; State and local governments; and multi-State, regional, or interstate entities which have governmental functions). These buildings and works may include, without limitation, bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, subways, tunnels, sewers, mains, power lines, pumping stations, heavy generators, railways, airports, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, and canals, and the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of such buildings and works.

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Condominium Corporation means a condominium or strata corporation established under provincial legislation.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Interior lot means a lot other than a corner lot.
