Residential Care Center definition

Residential Care Center means an accommodation providing lodging, care, treatment or custody , including transient guests, in exchange for compensation. The Center may provide medical, social, educational, rehabilitative or protective services for persons with a disability. “Residential Care Center” does not include “apartment”, “Bed and breakfast”, “hotel”, or “student housing” which are herein separately defined.

  • Child care center means an entity that regularly provides child day care and early learning services for a group of children for periods of less than twenty-four hours licensed by the Washington state department of early learning under chapter 170-295 WAC.
