Transient guests definition

Transient guests means persons occupying a room or rooms for sleeping accommodations for less than thirty consecutive days.
Transient guests means persons, who in exchange for money or other financial compensation, occupy a room or rooms, Residential Premises or other property used for sleeping accommodations for less than thirty (30) consecutive days.
Transient guests means those who rent accommodations other than their regular place of abode on less than a month-to-month basis.
