Reservation Policy. By signing and returning this Advertising Agreement, you agree to provide Chorus America with artwork and any other necessary materials in the correct specifications by the specified deadline for each platform. In the event of materials submitted late, Chorus America will act in good faith to attempt to accommodate these reservations but cannot guarantee placement in all cases, and your reservation may be subject to our cancellation policy. You agree that we may execute an Order on your behalf outside a Market. When you give us a specific Instruction, our Order Execution Policy may not apply, and we may be unable to take the steps described in such policy to obtain the best possible result in executing your Order. You confirm that you have read and agree to our Order Execution Policy as published from time to time on our Online Trading Facility. We will notify you of any material changes to our Order Execution Policy, but it is your responsibility to check for any other changes to our Order Execution Policy as published from time to time on our Online Trading Facility.   • Best Execution Policy means the Company’s prevailing policy available at our website regarding best execution when executing client orders.

Station Power does not include any energy (i) used to power synchronous condensers; (ii) used for pumping at a pumped storage facility; (iii) used in association with restoration or black start service; or (iv) that is Direct Charging Energy.   • Master Policy means a single worker’s compensation insurance policy issued by an insurer authorized to do business in this state to an employee leasing company in the name of the employee leasing company that covers more than one client of the employee leasing company.
