Credit and Collection Policy definition

Credit and Collection Policy means Seller’s credit and collection policies and practices relating to Contracts and Receivables existing on the date hereof and summarized in Exhibit VIII hereto, as modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Credit and Collection Policy means the Originators’ credit and collection policies and practices relating to Contracts and Receivables existing on the date hereof and summarized in Exhibit VII hereto, as modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Credit and Collection Policy means, as the context may require, those receivables credit and collection policies and practices of the Originators in effect on the date of the Agreement and described in Schedule I to the Agreement, as modified in compliance with the Agreement.

  • To the extent consistent with the standards, policies and procedures otherwise required hereby and the Credit and Collection Policy, the Servicer shall follow its customary standards, policies and procedures and shall have full power and authority, acting alone, to do any and all things in connection with the managing, servicing, administration and collection of the Receivables that it may deem necessary or desirable.

More Definitions of Credit and Collection Policy

Credit and Collection Policy means, as the context may require, those receivables credit and collection policies and practices of the Originators in effect on the Closing Date and described in Exhibit E, as modified in compliance with this Agreement.
Credit and Collection Policy means the policies, practices and procedures adopted by the Issuer on the Closing Date, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of Obligors and the extension of credit to Obligors, or relating to the maintenance of those types of receivables and the related equipment and collections on those types of receivables and the related equipment.
Credit and Collection Policy means those credit and collection policies and practices in effect on the date hereof relating to Contracts and Receivables and described in Schedule II hereto, as modified from time to time in compliance with Section 5.03(c).
