Released Guarantors definition

Released Guarantors has the meaning set forth in Section 10.10.
Released Guarantors means those certain Wholly Owned Subsidiaries of STBV that, prior to the effectiveness of the Credit Facilities Amendment, Guarantee STBV’s and/or STFC’s obligations under the Credit Agreement and who will be released from their Guarantees under the Credit Agreement pursuant to the Credit Facilities Amendment, subject to satisfaction of certain requirements under the Credit Agreement as amended by the Credit Facilities Amendment.
Released Guarantors means those Subsidiary Guarantors listed on Schedule IC(1) to the First Amendment and released from their obligations under the Subsidiary Guaranty pursuant to the First Amendment. Each such Subsidiary Guarantor is referred to herein as a “Released Guarantor.”

  • Each of the Released Guarantors is hereby released as a guarantor under the Indenture pursuant to the terms of Section 10.05(1) the Indenture.

Released Guarantors means Subsidiary Guarantors that have been released, pursuant to Section 6.09 hereof, from their guarantee obligations under Section 6 hereof.

Released Guarantors shall have the meaning set forth in the First Supplemental Indenture.
Released Guarantors means each Subsidiary of Company party to the Subsidiary Guaranty (as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement) immediately prior to the Closing Date, other than ESI and Medco.
Released Guarantors means each Provider listed on Schedule 1.1(e) attached hereto.
