Redelivery Receipt definition

Redelivery Receipt means the Redelivery Receipt to be executed and ------------------ delivered by Seller and Buyer on the Return Date substantially in the form attached as Exhibit F.
Redelivery Receipt means a receipt in the form of Exhibit 5 (Aircraft) and Exhibit 7 (Engine) hereto executed by KALITTA and CUSTOMER concurrently with the Redelivery of the Aircraft and/ or Engine.
Redelivery Receipt means the Redelivery Receipt executed by the Parties acknowledging Redelivery.

  • The Lessor shall, subject to the terms and on the conditions of this Section 5, accept return of the Aircraft from the Lessee by executing and delivering to the Lessee a Redelivery Receipt of Aircraft and Engines, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto, not later than 3:30 p.m. local time on the Redelivery Date.

  • Upon return of the Aircraft and the Aircraft Documents in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Lessor and Lessee shall execute a Redelivery Receipt substantially in the form of APPENDIX E hereto.

  • Seller and Buyer have duly executed and delivered this Redelivery Receipt on the date first written above.

  • KALITTA and CUSTOMER shall make a ground inspection of the Aircraft and execute a Redelivery Receipt in the form of Exhibit 5 hereto which shall indicate: (1) CUSTOMER's acceptance of the Aircraft and willingness to take redelivery thereof, and (2) CUSTOMER's recognition that KALITTA has performed all Services in compliance with the Work Authorization Form and MWSRs pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Aeroman shall prepare a Redelivery Receipt for the Aircraft which receipt shall outline the Services performed on the Aircraft pursuant to this Agreement).

  • Upon completion of the required services listed in Attachment A, page A-1, MDC shall execute a receipt in the form of Attachment C (the "Aircraft Redelivery Receipt").

  • The Redelivery Receipt shall be executed by each of the Parties hereto in two originals each party keeping one original of such document.

  • Upon execution of the Redelivery Receipt the Aircraft shall be deemed to have been redelivered to and accepted by Customer in full satisfaction of the Services rendered under this Agreement, without prejudice to the warranty granted by Aeroman referred to in Section 9.1 below.

  • Customer agrees to remove the Aircraft from Aeroman’s facilities promptly upon execution of the Redelivery Receipt.


More Definitions of Redelivery Receipt

Redelivery Receipt. - means a receipt in tbe form of Exhibit 5 hereto executed by KALITTA and CUSTOMER concurrently with tbe Redelivery of tbe Aircraft and/or Engine.

The form when executed by KALITTA and CUSTOMER shall constitute, in each case, CUSTOMER's authorization for KALITTA to perform the Services on the Aircraft and/or Engine and KALITTA undertaking to do so, in accordance with this Agreement. 2 ENGAGEMENT Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CUSTOMER engages KALITTA to perform the Services and provide Parts in accordance with Kalitta Maintenance Repair Station procedures. 3

Related to Redelivery Receipt

  • Delivery Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA.

  • Preliminary Receipt means the receipt issued by the Principal Regulator, evidencing that a receipt has been, or has been deemed to be, issued for the Preliminary Prospectus in each of the Qualifying Jurisdictions;

  • Itinerary/Receipt means a travel document or documents the carrier or its agent issues to the passenger travelling on a ticket. The itinerary/receipt contains the passenger’s name, flight information and notices relevant for the journey. This document is to be retained by the passenger during the entire journey.
