Preliminary Receipt definition

Preliminary Receipt means the receipt issued by the Principal Regulator, evidencing that a receipt has been, or has been deemed to be, issued for the Preliminary Prospectus in each of the Qualifying Jurisdictions;
Preliminary Receipt means the Passport Receipt for the Preliminary Prospectus;
Preliminary Receipt means the receipt issued for the preliminary Prospectus by the Principal Regulator pursuant to NP 11-202;

  • The Company covenants and agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to: (i) prepare and file the Preliminary Qualification Prospectus and obtain a Preliminary Receipt therefor from the BCSC as soon as practicable; and (ii) promptly resolve all comments received or deficiencies raised by the Securities Commissions in respect of the Preliminary Qualification Prospectus as expeditiously as possible.
