RAD Program definition

RAD Program means HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration program as authorized by P.L. 112-55, as amended from time to time, and regulations and guidelines promulgated by HUD in connection thereto.
RAD Program means the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program created by the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act of 2012, and HUD Notice H-2019-09 PIH-2019-23 (HA) (September 5, 2019), as amended from time to time.
