Quotation Acceptance Form definition

Quotation Acceptance Form means the acceptance form included in Part 2 that you can sign and return to us as a way of telling us that you want to agree to the Quotation and the Terms and Conditions;

Examples of Quotation Acceptance Form in a sentence

  • If Fulcrum receives the Quotation Acceptance Form or, if earlier, payment of the Price, outside the period of validity specified in the Quotation (or within such other period as maybe agreed in writing between the Parties), the Quotation Acceptance Form or payment shall be treated as an offer from the Client that Fulcrum may at its sole and absolute discretion accept by issuing to the Client a Confirmation of Acceptance Form.

  • The Contract shall become binding on the Parties on the date when Fulcrum receives the Quotation Acceptance Form or, if earlier, payment of the Price, within the period of validity specified in the Quotation (or within such other period as may be agreed in writing between the Parties).
