Proposal Due Date and Time definition

Proposal Due Date and Time means the date and time specified in the Request for Proposal as the deadline for submitting Proposals.
Proposal Due Date and Time means the date and time set forth for the delivery of Proposals as set forth herein and as otherwise specified by the managing Financial Services Administrator.
Proposal Due Date and Time means the date and time set in this RFP for Proposal submission, after which a Proposer may not submit, modify, or withdraw a Proposal. See also “Closing.”

  • After the Proposal Due Date and Time, Proposers may not modify their Proposal.

  • Proposals will be opened immediately following the Proposal Due Date and Time at the Submittal Location.

  • The Proposer, or authorized representative of the Proposer, may also withdraw their Proposal in person prior to the Proposal Due Date and Time, upon presentation of appropriate identification and evidence of authority to withdraw the Proposal satisfactory to OSU.

  • If a Request for Proposal is cancelled prior to the Proposal Due Date and Time, all Proposals that may have already been received will be returned to the Proposers.

  • If a Request for Proposal is cancelled after the Proposal Due Date and Time or all Proposals are rejected, the Proposals received will be retained and become part of OSU’s permanent Proposal file.

  • A Proposer may withdraw their Proposal by submitting a Written notice to the Administrative Contact identified in this Request for Proposal prior to the Proposal Due Date and Time.

  • After submittal but prior to the Proposal Due Date and Time, Proposals may be modified by submitting a Written notice indicating the modifications and a statement that the modification amends and supersedes the prior Proposal.

  • Proposals must be received in the PCMM office no later than the Proposal Due Date and Time; it is the Proposer’s responsibility to ensure that the Proposal is received prior to the Proposal Due Date and Time indicated in this RFP, regardless of the method used to submit the Proposal.

  • Sole responsibility rests with the Proposer to ensure OSU’s receipt of its Proposal prior to the Proposal Due Date and Time.

  • Proposals and Written notices of modification or withdrawal must be received no later than the Proposal Due Date and Time (in the case of electronic submissions, the time/date stamp of the email received at the PCMM office must be no later than the Proposal Due Date and Time).

Related to Proposal Due Date and Time

  • Closing Date and Time means the deadline for the submission of Proposals as set out herein.

  • Proposal Due Date means the date and time specified in the Proposal Invitation, or any addenda thereto, by which Vendors are required to submit Proposals for this Proposal Invitation.

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the "Expiry Date" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Proposal date as referenced herein shall mean the local date and time specified in the proposal documents.

  • XXXX Acceptance Form means the “Acceptance Form for End User License Agreement (for SAP On Premise indirect sales)” which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Repayment Schedule means the schedule of Repayment Instalments in the agreed inserted into this Agreement in accordance with Clause 6.1 (Repayment) as Schedule 1 (Repayment Schedule), and as replaced from time to time pursuant to Clause 6.4;

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Effective Date of Contract means the date established in the Contract for the Contractor’s work to begin, or the date the Contract has been fully executed and received all required approvals, whichever date is later.

  • Invoice Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Estimated Incremental Quarterly Tax Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.9.

  • Draft Closing Statement means a draft closing statement, prepared by Seller, as of the close of business of the third (3rd) business day preceding the Closing Date setting forth an estimated calculation of both the Purchase Price and the Estimated Payment Amount.

  • Reference Balance Sheet shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.06(a).

  • Contract Month means a calendar month (or portion thereof) during the term of this Agreement. Contract Month 1 shall commence on the first day of the first calendar month following the Effective Date and end on the last day of that calendar month.

  • Proposal Letter means the letter, executed by or on behalf of Proposer, delivered with its Proposal and conforming to Form A to the ITP.

  • Payment Schedule ’ means a schedule which sets out—

  • E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.

  • Appendix to Tender means the appendix comprised in the form of Tender annexed to these Conditions.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • ORSA summary report means a confidential high-level summary of an insurer or insurance group's own risk and solvency assessment.

  • Early Payment Date (k means the "Early Payment Date (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Summary Subcontract Report (SSR) Coordinator, as used in this clause, means the individual at the department or agency level who is registered in eSRS and is responsible for acknowledging or rejecting SSRs in eSRS for the department or agency.

  • Effective Date of Coverage means the date of commencement of Coverage in respect of a Life Insured under the Policy pursuant to the provision on Commencement of Coverage.

  • The calculation date means the first date on which the purchasers of ordinary shares of the Company shall not be granted the rights to receive the dividend payment (the first date that the SET posts XD sign).
