Purchase Instructions upon receipt of Proper Instructions from FMR's trading operations, and (ii) the Custodian shall release funds to the Central Fund Transfer Agent only after receiving confirmation from the Central Fund Transfer Agent that it has received the Purchase Instructions.

  • Failure to follow the exact procedures described in the Token Purchase Instructions may result in the incorrect transmission and/or the total loss of your Tokens.
