Institutional Client definition

Institutional Client means a major commercial bank, corporation, insurance company, or substantially similar institution, which, as a substantial part of its business operations, purchases or sells securities and makes use of custodial services.
Institutional Client means a person whose principal business is the investment of money or who, in the course of and for the purpose of their business, habitually invests money, and in relation to purchases of its own Securities includes an Issuer;
