Published Class Notice definition

Published Class Notice means the short form notice, identical in all material respects to that attached hereto as Exhibit B. The Published Class Notice shall be published by the Plan Administrator in the National Edition of the New York Times, in accordance with the instructions of Class Counsel, within seven (7) days after the Class Notice is mailed by First Class Mail.
Published Class Notice means the notice such forms as recommended by the Settlement Administrator that, subject to the Court’s approval, shall be disseminated to Settlement Class Members by publication as described in Section X. RR. “Release” means the mutual release and discharge as of the Effective Date described in Section VI, including (but not limited to) the release and discharge by the Class Plaintiffs and all Settlement Class Members of all Released Claims against the Released Parties.
Published Class Notice means the summary of the Mailed Class Notice submitted to the Court for approval in connection with the motion for Preliminary Approval.

Related to Published Class Notice

  • Class Notice means the COURT APPROVED NOTICE OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AND HEARING DATE FOR FINAL COURT APPROVAL, to be mailed to Class Members in English in the form, without material variation, attached as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

  • Affected Class has the meaning specified in Section 2.24(a).

  • Nomination Date means the twentieth (20th) day of the month preceding the Operating Month.
