Repurchase Request definition
Repurchase Request shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.4(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Repurchase Request. As defined in Section 2.03(g).

More Definitions of Repurchase Request
Repurchase Request. A Certificateholder Repurchase Request, a PSA Party Repurchase Request or any other Repurchase Communication of a request or demand for repurchase or replacement of any Mortgage Loan alleging a Document Defect or Breach with respect to such Mortgage Loan.

Repurchase Request means a request by a Requesting Party to the Seller to repurchase a Receivable due to an alleged breach of a representation and warranty set forth in Section 3.03 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement and Exhibit A of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
