Provider License definition

Provider License means a client-portion of the Software license granted to a Provider. The total number of workstations accessing the Software shall not exceed seven times the number of Provider Licenses purchased by You per Software product.
Provider License means the license permitting Providers to access and use the Software.
Provider License means a named user license, for which there is a one-time fee that provides the user with access to a limited subset of features of the Q Continuum System. Provider Web Interface means a named user license, for which there is a one-time fee that provides the user with full access to a limited subset of features of the Q Continuum System utilizing the Internet. Provider Services License means an agency license, for which there is a one time fee that provides the agency with access to applications integrated with Q Continuum System and used by Service Providers for Transportation Services, Home Delivered Meal Services, Congregated Meal Services, Adult Day Care Services, and Home Care Services. Q Assessment Library means a library of assessments sold separately and included with Q Continuum System in the standard license package.

  • For CRA services rendered in a personal care home, the provider agency must have a Personal Care Home Provider License from HFR for each individual residential site (State of Georgia Rules and Regulations 290-5-35).

  • Presently, customers may not bring their own Microsoft Operating System licenses to our multi-tenant cloud platform only (due to restrictions imposed by Microsoft licensing), however TeraGo is fully enabled for the Microsoft Service Provider License Agreements (SPLA) and the VMware vCloud Air Network (vCAN) Program.

  • The End-User may only use the Data within and/or in conjunction with the Solution as licensed to the End-User by the Solutions Provider on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis, for the applicable annual subscription Term (unless terminated earlier), in accordance with the terms of this Data License Agreement or the Solution Provider License Agreement and applicable Data Supply Order Form.

  • Patent License means any written agreement granting any right with respect to any invention on which a Patent is in existence or a Patent application is pending, in which agreement Borrower now holds or hereafter acquires any interest.

  • Third Party Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • Pre-Licensed Therapist means an individual who has obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy and is registered with the BBS as an Associate CSW or MFT Intern acquiring hours for licensing. An individual’s registration is subject to regulations adopted by the BBS.

  • Sublicense means any agreement to Sublicense.

  • Patent License Agreement means the Patent License Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit H.

  • Sub-License means the sub-licensing of any space in the Station Development Assets and Project Utilities in the Station Development Project, by the Station Facility Manager to any licensee, in accordance with the Station Facility Management Agreement;

  • License means any Copyright License, Patent License, Trademark License or other license of rights or interests.

  • Company Licensed IP means all Intellectual Property rights owned or purported to be owned by a third party and licensed to the Company or any Company Subsidiary or to which the Company or any Company Subsidiary otherwise has a right to use.

  • Patent Licenses means all licenses, contracts or other agreements, whether written or oral, naming any Grantor as licensee or licensor and providing for the grant of any right to manufacture, use or sell any invention covered by any Patent (including, without limitation, all Patent Licenses set forth in Schedule II hereto).

  • Third Party Technology means all Intellectual Property and products owned by third parties and licensed pursuant to Third Party Licenses.

  • Technology License Agreement means the agreement in the form of Exhibit H hereto.

  • Intellectual Property License Agreement means the license of Intellectual Property by and between Weyerhaeuser and Newco substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B.

  • Software License Agreement means the particular Software License Agreement to which these Terms and Conditions are attached and incorporated into by reference.

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person (other than a Group Company) that is licensed to any Group Company.

  • Third Party Licensor means the relevant licensor of any Third Party Data or any Third Party Trade Xxxx;

  • Intellectual Property License means any license, sublicense, right, covenant, non-assertion, permission, immunity, consent, release or waiver under or with respect to any Intellectual Property Rights or Technology.
