Services License. Upon payment of fees and subject to continuous compliance with this Agreement, SolarWinds hereby grants You a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable license to access, use, and install (if applicable) the Services, Software, and Documentation during the Term (defined below). You may provide, make available to, or permit Your Users to use or access the Services, the Software, or Documentation, in whole or in part. You agree that SolarWinds may deliver the Services or Software to You with the assistance of its Affiliates, licensors, and service providers. During the Term (as defined herein), SolarWinds may update or modify the Services or Software or provide alternative Services or Software to reflect changes in, among other things, laws, regulations, rules, technology, industry practices, patterns of system use, and availability of a third party program. SolarWinds’ updates or modifications to the Services or Software or provisions of alternative Services or Software will not materially reduce the level of performance, functionality, security, or availability of the Services or Software during the Term. If SolarWinds decides to end of life the Services or Software, then it shall be in accordance with its end of life policy.
Services License. As between you and Xxx0, Xxx0 or its affiliates or licensors own and reserve all right, title, and interest in and to the Services. Pax8 grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferrable license to access and use the Services solely in accordance with this Agreement during the Term. Except as provided in this Section 9.3, you obtain no rights under this Agreement from Pax8 or its licensors to the Services, including any related intellectual property rights.
Services License. As between You and Exabytes, Exabytes or its affiliates or licensors own and reserve all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services. Services License. 2.1 During the Term of this Agreement, Sailthru hereby grants Customer a subscription to access and use the Services and a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable license to use and distribute the Software as necessary to use the Services as permitted under this Agreement. The Services may only be used with the domains and mobile applications specified in the applicable Order Form.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and subject to the payment of any applicable fees, Avanan grants Customer, during the subscription term specified in an Order, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable and limited license to access and use the Services solely for Customer’s internal use, and in accordance with the Documentation, whereas in connection with such use, Customer shall have the right to allow its employees and contractors which are directly associated with the performance of Customer's business to use the Services solely on Customer’s behalf (“Authorized Personnel”). Services License. The term “Service” means the server-based functionality that interoperates with the Site and the Software. Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, FSS grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services on any computer or mobile device that you own or control and on which you previously installed the Software in accordance with this Agreement. FSS reserves the right to suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

Papertrail may deliver the Services or Software to You with the assistance of its Affiliates, licensors, and service providers.
Services License. (a) Broker agrees to arrange for transportation of freight (each a “Shipment,” collectively, “Shipments”) as Customer may tender on behalf of its customers to Broker for such transportation services and at such rates and charges as are and will be more particularly described in rate quotes to be provided by Broker to Customer in connection with moves from designated origins to designated destinations, as more fully described and in effect from time-to-time on Broker’s website (the “Website”) and/or sent to Customer in written confirmation by faxes and/or e- mails (collectively, the “Rate Quotes”). Said Rate Quotes are expressly made a part of this Agreement and incorporated herein by this reference. Broker hereby agrees to arrange for transportation of lawful Shipments offered to it by Customer to the destination or destinations designated by Customer at the Rate Quotes. Broker may, in its discretion, reject an offered Shipment for any reason or no reason.
