Approved Annual Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.11(d) hereof.
Annual Plan means the annual plan of the Trust which is prepared in accordance with clause 8.1;
Commercial plan means a subcontracting plan (including goals) that covers the offeror’s fiscal year and that applies to the entire production of commercial items sold by either the entire company or a portion thereof (e.g., division, plant, or product line).
Projected Annual Benefit means the annual retirement benefit (adjusted to an actuarial equivalent straight life annuity if such benefit is expressed in a form other than a straight life annuity or Qualified Joint and Survivor Annuity) to which the Participant would be entitled under the terms of the Plan assuming:
Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.
Semi-Annual Period means each period of six-months, commencing on the first day of a Fiscal Year; provided that the first such period shall begin on July 1, 2013 and end on December 31, 2013.
Annual Budget means the operating budget, including all planned capital expenditures, for the Property prepared by Borrower for the applicable Fiscal Year or other period.
Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.
NAIC Annual Statement is defined in Section 6.2(a).
Target Annual Bonus as of any date means the amount equal to the product of Base Salary determined as of such date multiplied by the percentage of such Base Salary to which Executive would have been entitled immediately prior to such date under any Bonus Plan for the Annual Performance Period for which the Annual Bonus is awarded if the performance goals established pursuant to such Bonus Plan were achieved at the 100% level as of the end of the Annual Performance Period.
Business Plan means the information required to be supplied to the

Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Annual Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 15.3(b)(i).
Election cycle means the period beginning on the first day persons are eligible to
Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.
Notice Plan means the plan described in this Agreement for disseminating Notice to the Settlement Class Members of the terms of this Agreement and the Final Approval Hearing.
Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).
MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.
Second Incremental Auction means an Incremental Auction conducted ten months before the Delivery Year to which it relates.
Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.
Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.
