Project Secretariat means the entity established by KPDT to assist in implementation of the Project, as described in paragraph 2 of Section I.A of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and any successor thereto.

  • Secretariat means the office constituted as per Sub-Clause (1) of Clause 6 of the Scheme.
