Project Secretariat definition

Project Secretariat means the secretariat established within the MTI for purposes of the Project, referred to in Section 2 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as confirmed to the Recipient and the Association by that certain letter dated April 11, 2005 addressed by the Minister of Trade and Industry, and subsequently endorsed by the Recipient in that certain letter dated April 13, 2005 addressed by the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General, UNMIK Pillar IV to the Association, comprised of up to three experts, and such other qualified personnel as may be necessary for Project purposes, employed under terms of reference satisfactory to the Association.
Project Secretariat means the secretariat to be established by the Borrower to oversee the day-to-day implementation of the Project and referred to in paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Project Secretariat means the entity established by KPDT to assist in implementation of the Project, as described in paragraph 2 of Section I.A of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and any successor thereto.

  • Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall not, and the Recipient shall ensure that the Project Secretariat shall not, amend, suspend, abrogate, terminate or waive any provision of the Project Operational Manual without the prior written consent of the Association.

  • The PMB and Project Secretariat ensure these objectives by overseeing the activity planning, timely submission of deliverables, by preparing project meetings, financial reporting and communication with consortium partners or the EC, and providing the ‘back office’ services required.

  • This body supports the Project Coordinator and Project Secretariat in overall quality assurance.

  • The Project Co-ordination Unit (PCU) will be based at GRID-Arendal in Arendal, Norway and will serve as the Blue Forests Project Secretariat.

More Definitions of Project Secretariat

Project Secretariat means the Secretariat to be established by the Borrower to provide technical and policy advice to the Project Steering Committee (as hereinafter defined) for the implementation of the Project and referred to in Section I.2 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Project Secretariat mean the unit/team to be established by the Recipient within its Partnership Management and Resource Mobilization Directorate for purposes of implementing the Project, as set forth in Section I.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Secretariat means the Project implementing unit referred to in Section I.A.2.(a) of Schedule 2 of this Agreement which has been established by MEM’s Decision No. 1545/MEM dated December 12, 2008.
Project Secretariat means the project secretariat established within the Directorate of Regional Autonomy in MOHA by Ministerial Decree No. 193.05-023 issued by Minister of MOHA on April 21, 2005, and maintained in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, responsible for the overall management and coordination of the Project.
