Mistakes shall not be corrected after award of the contract except where the City Chief Procurement Officer subject to the approval of Corporation Counsel makes a written determination that it would be unconscionable not to allow the mistake to be corrected.
The Agency Chief Contracting Officer during the term of this Contract may increase or decrease the quantity of any item or class; however, any contract increases which cumulatively exceed the greater of ten percent (10%) of the total cost of this contract or $100,000 must be approved in writing by the City Chief Procurement Officer.
