Project Persons definition

Project Persons shall be defined in this Agreement as individuals performing the Products and Services pursuant to this Agreement, and/or signed this Agreement on behalf of the Contractor. Project Persons include the names of all employees, agents and independent contractors of the Contractor who perform or render Products and Services pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The Contractor acknowledges that only Project Persons shall perform the Products and Services under this Agreement.

  • If the Contractor (or Subcontractor) wishes to add an agent, employee, or independent contractor as Project Persons during the term of this Agreement, the Contractor shall complete and submit to the Authority an additional or revised Certificate for that employee, agent, or independent contractor.

  • In the event the Contractor fails to provide to the Authority the names of any Project Persons, the Parties shall consider the signatory for the Contractor to be the sole Project Person for the Contractor.

  • If the Contractor (or Subcontractor) wishes to add an agent, employee, or independent contractor as Project Persons during the term of this Agreement, the Contractor shall complete and submit to the Authority an additional or revised Certificate Verifying Project Personnel of the Contractor / Subcontractor (“Certificate”), attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B, for that employee, agent, or independent contractor.

  • Prior to executing this Agreement, the Contractor shall provide to the Authority the names of all Project Persons by completing Exhibit B, which is the Certificate Verifying Project Persons of the Contractor or a Subcontractor, if applicable (“Certificate”).

  • The Project Persons Total will equal 100 - the percent entries listed with each Investigator’s name must add up to 100.

  • In such a case, the request for removal will be treated as a case in which an individual providing services under the Contract has become unavailable, and the Contractor must follow the procedures identified above for replacing unavailable Key Project Persons.

  • If the Contractor (or Subcontractor) wishes to add an agent, employee, or independent contractor as Project Persons during the term of this Agreement, the Contractor shall complete and submit to the Authority an additional or revised Certificate Verifying Project Personnel of the Contractor / Subcontractor (“Certificate”), attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C, for that employee, agent, or independent contractor.

  • Of special importance is the feedback collected from consultation meetings with Affected Project Persons (PAPs).

Related to Project Persons

  • Key Project Personnel means the persons named in Schedule I (Key Project Personnel) and any replacement(s) approved by the City in accordance with ARTICLE 7;

  • Project affected persons (PAPs) means persons who, for reasons of the involuntary taking or voluntary contribution of their land and other assets under the project, result in direct economic and or social adverse impacts, regardless of whether or not the said Project affected persons physically relocate. These people may have their:

  • Permitted Persons means (A) the Company; (B) any Related Party; or (C) any group (as defined in Rule 13b-3 under the Exchange Act) comprised of any or all of the foregoing.

  • Contact Persons means persons identified by the Parties as persons who are responsible for the execution of the Agreement and whose names are set out in clause 35 below and who can be substituted in writing from time to time;

  • Designated Persons means a person or entity (a) listed in the annex to, or otherwise subject to the provisions of, any Executive Order; (b) named as a “Specially Designated National and Blocked Person” (“SDN”) on the most current list published by OFAC at its official website or any replacement website or other replacement official publication of such list (the “SDN List”) or is otherwise the subject of any Sanctions Laws and Regulations; (c) in which an entity or person on the SDN List has 50% or greater ownership interest or that is otherwise controlled by an SDN.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.

  • Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

  • Support personnel means the staffs that support the Key Personnel.

  • Entities means event and competition organisers/promoters/managers, land and track owners/managers/administrators/lessees, CAMS affiliated clubs, state and territory governments and insured listed in CAMS’ public/product/professional indemnity insurance policies and each of their related bodies corporate (including their related bodies corporate) and each of their organs and agencies, officers/president/directors/executives, employees, servants, agents, partners, providers, members, competitors, drivers, co-drivers, navigators, officials, crew members, pit crew, delegates, licence holders, representatives, commissions, committees, advisers, trustees, councils, panels, shareholders, volunteers, officials, appointees, delegated bodies and sponsors.

  • Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:

  • Buyer Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which Xxxxx is payable under this Agreement;

  • Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Seller Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(a).

  • Restricted Persons shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.9(i).

  • Persons means an individual, a limited liability company, a partnership, a joint venture, a corporation, a trust, an unincorporated organization, any other entity and any governmental entity or any department or agency thereof.

  • Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.

  • Relevant Persons means all persons that undertake in Northern

  • Excluded Persons means (A) the Company or any Regency Entity; (B) a trustee or other fiduciary holding securities under an employee benefit plan of the Company or any Regency Entity; (C) an underwriter temporarily holding securities pursuant to an offering of such securities; or (D) a corporation owned, directly or indirectly, by the shareholders of the Company in substantially the same proportions as their ownership of stock in the Company.

  • Relevant Personnel means the Data Processor’s employees, agents and personnel and such other personnel of the Data Controller as may be approved in writing by the Data Controller from time to time in respect of access to the Personal Data;

  • Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.
