As referenced above in Section 3(G), the State may, at any time during the term of this Grant Agreement, review and monitor the quality and effectiveness of the Youth Service Bureau Services/Project that the Grantee is providing pursuant to this Grant Agreement. The State’s program review may include, but is not limited to, on-site visits, interviews with program beneficiaries and other representative persons in the community who have knowledge of the services provided by the Grantee, and review of the Grantee’s documents, reports, and records concerning services provided. Project Monitoring by the State. The State may conduct a monitoring review and evaluation of this Project as deemed appropriate by the State. The Subrecipient will effectively ensure the cooperation of the Subrecipient’s employees and agents in such monitoring and evaluation efforts. The Subrecipient will take all actions necessary to correct or cure any findings identified by the State during its monitoring and evaluation. This provision survives the expiration or termination of the Agreement.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting Evaluation 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08(b) of the General Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the Association. Each such Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Recipient not later than eight (8) weeks after the end of the period covered by such report for incorporation and forwarding by the Recipient to the Association of the overall Project Report.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
