Project Consent definition

Project Consent means consents, approvals, permits, licences and authorizations required by all governmental and local agencies, commissions and authorities with jurisdiction over the QE which are necessary for the QE to obtain and maintain in order to enable it to perform its obligations under this Contract.
Project Consent means any Authorisation (including any planning permission, approval of all reserved matters, confirmation of satisfaction of all conditions precedent to the commencement of development and non-appealable building permits) required under any law or regulation in connection with the Project.

Examples of Project Consent in a sentence

  • Project Operation Commencement Date the date when the ‘operation’ of the Project has commenced in accordance with the conditions of the Project Consent.

  • Project Consent the development consent granted by the relevant consent authority under the EP&A Act with respect to the Project DA, as modified from time to time.

  • Project Land all land on which it is proposed that associated and ancillary infrastructure for the Project that is within the Walcha Council LGA and Uralla Council LGA as specified in the Project Consent and the Project DA.

  • Project Decommissioning Date the date when the final wind turbine for the Project is ‘decommissioned’ in accordance with the conditions of the Project Consent.

Related to Project Consent

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.

  • Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

  • Required Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.

  • Governmental Consent means any notice to, registration, declaration or filing with, exemption or review by, or authorization, order, consent or approval of, any Governmental Entity, or the expiration or termination of any statutory waiting periods;
