Program Ordinance definition

Program Ordinance means "An Ordinance of the City of Chicago, Illinois Approving a Public Housing Transformation TIF Financing Program” adopted by the City Council on April 9, 2003, as such ordinance was amended by an ordinance adopted by the City Council on July 21, 2004.
