AN ORDINANCE. An Ordinance to amend and restate the Retirement Plan for the Employees of the City of Grovetown, Georgia in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the attached Adoption Agreement, any Addendum to the Adoption Agreement, the Georgia Municipal Employees Benefit System (GMEBS) Master Plan Document, and the GMEBS Trust Agreement. When accepted by the authorized officers of the City and GMEBS, the foregoing shall constitute a Contract between the City and GMEBS, all as authorized and provided by O.C.G.A. § 47-5-1 et seq. AN ORDINANCE. TO DIRECT THE INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS AT THE INTERSECTION OF XXXXXXX ROAD AND OAKLAND ROAD "Interpretive Statement" This Ordinance will direct the installation ofmulti-way stop signs at the intersection ofDunnell Road and Oakland Road.
AN ORDINANCE. ADOPTING A PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT "Interpretive Statement" This ordinance will adopt a Project Labor Agreement pursuant to New Jersey Statutes.
AN ORDINANCE. AMENDING Ordinance No. 1118-2002, which amended the new Quad Cities Enterprise Zone within the Cities of East Moline, Moline, Rock Island and Silvis, Illinois, the Village of Milan, Illinois, and the County of Rock Island, Illinois, to commence January 1, 2019, as established by Ordinance No. 112017-18b, adopted November 21, 2017; and AMENDING the corresponding Quad Cities Enterprise Zone Intergovernmental Agreement between the Cities of East Moline, Moline, Rock Island and Silvis, Illinois, the Village of Milan, Illinois, and the County of Rock Island, Illinois, by adding new territory to the Quad Cities Enterprise Zone; and AUTHORIZING the Chairman and County Clerk to execute an Amendment to the Enterprise Zone Intergovernmental Agreement between the jurisdictions; and the same appears of record and on the files in my office remaining.

An Ordinance to restate the Retirement Plan for the Employees of the City of Douglasville, Georgia in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the attached Adoption Agreement, any Addendum to the Adoption Agreement, the Georgia Municipal Employees Benefit System (GMEBS) Master Plan Document, and the GMEBS Trust Agreement. When accepted by the authorized officers of the City of Douglasville and GMEBS, the foregoing shall constitute a Contract between the City of Douglasville and GMEBS, all as authorized and provided by O.C.G.A. § 47-5-1 et seq. BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Douglasville, Georgia, and it is hereby ordained by the authority thereof:
