Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.
Program of study means a curriculum that requires a candidate to demonstrate and document competency in the specific knowledge, skills, and dispositions for a particular endorsement to an educator’s license, a licensure content area, or level of licensure, and is:
Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.
Basic research means any original investigation for the advancement of scientific or technological knowledge that will enhance the research capacity of this state in a way that increases the ability to attract to or develop companies, jobs, researchers, or students in this state.
scientific research means any activity in the field of natural or applied science for the extension of knowledge;
Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.
Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and
Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How and Materials discovered, created, conceived, developed or reduced to practice in the course of performing activities under the Collaboration Program (whether solely by one Party or jointly by the Parties, in each case with their Affiliates or any Third Parties or any employees, consultants or agents of any of the foregoing which perform activities under the Collaboration Program).
Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.
Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.
Program Know-How which means any and all Know-How that is created, conceived, discovered, first generated, invented, first made or first reduced to practice, in each case (i) by or on behalf of [***], (ii) by or on behalf of [***] or (iii) by or on behalf of [***], but expressly excluding any Joint Program Know-How.
Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.
Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.
Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Research means a methodical investigation into a subject.
Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.
Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.
Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.
Sponsored research means research, training, and other sponsored activities as defined by the federal Executive Office of the President, Office of Management and Budget:
