They will also address the introduction of new toys, books and other materials in the learning process and preparation of the personnel. The workshops will aim at getting the personnel acquainted with the target of the BAMBINI project and the participation of the personnel during its practical realization. The personnel of the crèche will prepare and present an open lesson with the kids at which the parents will be invited in order to see how the content of the BAMBINI project will be implemented. SMART objectives of the application Specific: 3 workshops: one in 2010 and two in 2011. Measureable: Participation to the workshops and satisfaction level of the participants will be measured through questionnaires. Acceptable: Get one crèches involved in the project vision. Dissemination Activities. The new ‗Dissemination activities‘ (available since 01/06//2010, ProjectAngel 7.1.6, see p. 90) allows all authorised participants to list their dissemination activities (publications, conferences, workshops, web, press releases, flyers, etc) carried out in the context of the project as they occur. This information is relevant for the periodic and final reports, and can be made public by the European Commission at the end of the project to demonstrate the added-value and positive impact of the project on the European Community. Compared to the corresponding reporting section – where only team leaders and or the coordinator can enter and review such entries here in 'Publications' a wider range of project members are free to list their dissemination activities of any given period.

Dissemination Activities. PREFORMA will also disseminate the results of the project to the wider cultural heritage community, researchers and developers beyond the consortium, in order to enable them to benefit from the research of the consortium and from the work of the project. The wide range of dissemination and outreach activities planned by PREFORMA – which include: the web presence of the project through specialised magazines (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx); registration to the search engines; presence on the social networks; the international conference; presentation to public events – will have the effect to create interest by other memory institutions in the results of the project, enlarging the network of users and reinforcing the impact of the initiative. The dissemination will have two main targets: - the memory institutions, to inform them about the availability of the open source results of PREFORMA and to encourage new organisations to join the PREFORMA network of common interest; - the technology providers, to xxxxxx their participation to the joint tender called by PREFORMA and the new tenders that are expected to be launched after the end of the EC funding period to continue the research started in PREFORMA. In addition, the results of PREFORMA will be presented to other networks as well and national, regional and European projects, in order to contribute to a better and more spread delivery of the impact expected by the adoption of the PREFORMA results. The dissemination will be taken care of by Work Package 4.

Against the different dissemination channels envisaged at the beginning of the project, this section aims to list all activities per channel implemented over this period.
