Excess Spread definition

Excess Spread means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts, if any, specified pursuant to subsections 4.05(a)(iv), 4.05(b)(iii) and 4.05(c)(ii) with respect to such Distribution Date.
Excess Spread. With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (i) the Interest Funds for such Distribution Date over (ii) the sum of the Current Interest on the Group I Offered Certificates and Interest Carry Forward Amounts on the Class I-A Certificates, in each case on such Distribution Date.
Excess Spread means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the sum of the amounts with respect to such Transfer Date, if any, specified pursuant to subsections 4.09(a)(iv), 4.09(b)(iii) and 4.09(c)(ii).

  • An Excess Spread Early Redemption Cure shall not be permitted within twelve months of a prior Excess Spread Early Redemption Cure.

Excess Spread means, for or in respect of the Series 1997-1 Ownership Interest for any month, an amount equal to the product of:
