Excess Spread definition

Excess Spread means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts, if any, specified pursuant to subsections 4.05(a)(iv), 4.05(b)(iii) and 4.05(c)(ii) with respect to such Distribution Date.
Excess Spread means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the sum of the amounts with respect to such Transfer Date, if any, specified pursuant to subsections 4.09(a)(iv), 4.09(b)(iii) and 4.09(c)(ii).
Excess Spread means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts, if any, specified pursuant to Sections 4.5(a)(iv), 4.5(b)(iii) and 4.5(c)(ii) with respect to such Distribution Date.
