Purchase Confirmation. A letter agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto, executed by Countrywide and the Purchaser in connection with the purchase and sale of each Mortgage Loan Package, which sets forth the terms relating thereto including a description of the related Mortgage Loans (including the Mortgage Loan Schedule), the purchase price for such Mortgage Loans, the Closing Date and the Servicing Fee Rate.
Purchase Confirmation means a confirmation of a Transaction, in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto.
Purchase Confirmation has the meaning given to such term in Clause 4.2(f) of the Gold Bullion Terms. “Purchase Request” has the meaning given to such term in Clause 4.2(a) of the Gold Bullion Terms. “Remittances” has the meaning given to such term in Clause 11.5 of the Account Terms.

Purchase Confirmation means, with respect to an Exception Mortgage Loan, a confirmation of a Transaction, in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto.
