Servicing Agreements definition
Servicing Agreements. Each of the Servicing Agreements executed with respect to a portion of the Mortgage Loans by one of the Servicers, which agreements are attached hereto, collectively, as Exhibit L.
Servicing Agreements. The servicing agreements, as amended from time to time, and any waivers, consent letters, acknowledgments and other agreements under which Seller is the servicer of the Mortgage Loans relating to the Mortgage Servicing Rights and governing the servicing of the Mortgage Loans, or with respect to Mortgage Loans owned by the Seller, the credit and collection standards, policies, procedures and practices of Seller relating to residential mortgage loans owned and serviced by Seller.
Servicing Agreements. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

If an Event of Default or Servicer Event of Default exists, Buyer shall have the right at any time thereafter to terminate the related Servicing Agreement (or, in the case of an Event of Default, all of the Servicing Agreements) and transfer servicing of the related Purchased Assets to Buyer or its designee, at no cost or expense to Buyer, it being agreed that Seller will pay any fees and expenses required to terminate such Servicing Agreement and transfer servicing to Buyer or its designee.
Buyer may obtain physical possession of all Servicing Files, Servicing Agreements and other files and records of Seller or any Servicer.
More Definitions of Servicing Agreements
Servicing Agreements means any servicing agreements (including whole loan servicing agreements for portfolios of whole mortgage loans), pooling and servicing agreements, interim servicing agreements and other servicing agreements, and any other agreement governing the rights, duties and obligations of either the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary, as a servicer, under such servicing agreements.
Servicing Agreements means all agreements between the Related Persons and Persons other than a Related Person pursuant to which Borrower undertakes to service Mortgage Loans.
Servicing Agreements. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, all of the contracts (including, without limitation, any pooling agreement, servicing agreement, custodial agreement or other agreement or arrangement) establishing and relating to the rights and obligations of the Servicer, whether as master servicer, servicer, sub-servicer or other similar role, as applicable.

Any of the BANA Servicing Agreement, the CitiMortgage Servicing Agreement, the Countrywide Servicing Agreement, the GMACM Servicing Agreement, the GreenPoint Servicing Agreement, the National City Servicing Agreement, the SunTrust Servicing Agreement, the WaMu Servicing Agreement and the Wells Fargo Servicing Agreements.
Servicing Agreements means all Contracts pursuant to which any Seller provides servicing, including primary servicing or master servicing and related activities (including duties as a REMIC Administrator), and includes the Agency Contracts listed on Schedule F, and the Private Investor Servicing Agreements and Servicing Agreements for Other Serviced Loans, in each case as listed on Schedule E.
