Principal Premises definition

Principal Premises means each property leased pursuant to any Government Contract.
Principal Premises means Borrower's Premises in Phoenix, Arizona and Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

  • The Principal Premises will contain as of the beginning of the Initial Term 154,489 777923v2 square feet of which 56,160 square feet will be office and retail space and 98,329 square feet will be manufacturing and warehouse space.

  • Tenant shall use good faith efforts to complete the work to the Premises (the "Initial Tenant Work") set forth as Exhibit B-1 hereto on or prior to March 31, 2007 so that inter alia the HVAC, mechanical, telecommunication, electrical and plumbing systems of the Principal Premises shall be independent of such systems serving the remaining portions of the Building.

  • Except as set forth on Schedule 3.7, there are no material Governmental Permits, licenses, certificates of inspection or other authorizations, necessary for or used to carry on the Business as now being conducted at any of the Specified Locations, Assumed Locations or Shared Locations or to use and occupy such Principal Premises as now being used, which are required by currently effective laws, rules or regulations.

  • The activities of the Seller at each of the Principal Premises consist and have consisted solely during the time period Seller has occupied such Principal Premises of operating the Business and/or the Non-ACF Businesses, but have not included any manufacturing of furniture through its “MacTavish Furniture Industries” division or otherwise.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Commercial Premises means a place of trade or premises operated for financial gain, including but not limited to, a retirement village or a block of flats that has a common facility; a place of trade where the manufacture and production of products or produce takes place; a site where renovation, restoration and refurbishment work as described in Part B takes place.

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • domestic premises means any premises used wholly or partly as a dwelling or intended for such use;

  • residential premises means a house, building, structure, shelter, or mobile home, or portion thereof, used as a dwelling, home, residence, or living place by 1 or more human beings. “Residential premises” includes an apartment unit, a boardinghouse, a rooming house, a mobile home, a mobile home space, and a single or multiple family dwelling, but does not include a hotel, a motel, motor home, or other tourist accommodation, when used as a temporary accommodation for guests or tourists, or premises used as the principal place of residence of the owner and rented occasionally during temporary absences including vacation or sabbatical leave.

  • Building Area means the only area upon which the erection and use of buildings and structures shall be permitted but may include areas of Landscaped Open Space.

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • Principal building means the main building or structure on a single lot or parcel of land and includes any attached garage or attached porch.

  • Office Premises means any building, facility, or portion thereof, or other premises, whether owned or controlled by CP, which is used solely for clerical or administrative purposes and which does not contain heavy equipment or machinery, as designated by CP from time to time;

  • eligible premises means premises located entirely within an industrial business zone. For any eligible business, an industrial business zone credit will not be granted with respect to more than one eligible premises.

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • public open space means the securing of an area of a site at grade or street level which is acceptable to the City and is appropriately landscaped for the use and enjoyment of the public during reasonable hours.

  • Collocation Space means an area of space located in a Building to be used by CLEC to house telecommunications equipment. Additionally, roof or wall space used for wireless interconnection shall be included in the definition where applicable.

  • Common space means an area on which two or more information functions (e.g. symbol) may be displayed, but not simultaneously.

  • Owner-occupied means property that is the principal

  • Open space means undeveloped land, a naturally landscaped area, or a formal or man-made landscaped area that provides a connective link or a buffer between other resources.

  • Single Room Occupancy or “SRO” means housing consisting of single room dwelling units that is the primary residence of its occupant or occupants. An SRO does not include facilities for students.
