Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee shall be at the address of the Trustee specified in Section 12.02 hereof or such other address as to which the Trustee may give notice to the Company.
Principal Corporate Trust Office means the office of the Trustee, at which at any particular time its corporate trust business shall be principally administered, which office at the date of execution of this instrument is at the address set forth in the first paragraph of this instrument.
Owner Trustee Corporate Trust Office means the office of the Owner Trustee at which its corporate trust business shall be administered, which initially shall be Xxxxxx Square North, 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000-0000 Attn: Corporate Trust Administration, or such other office at such other address as the Owner Trustee may designate from time to time by notice to the Certificateholder, the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee, the Trust Depositor and Harley-Davidson Credit.

Corporate Trustee means a Trustee which is a banking institution or trust company regularly engaged in the business of trust administration in which no Beneficiary has any controlling interest.
Trust Office means an office of a savings bank at which trust services are performed and at which deposits are not accepted, checks are not paid, and money is not lent.
Owner Trustee means Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware trust company, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee under this Agreement, and any successor Owner Trustee hereunder.
Corporate Trust Contract means any indenture, trust, pooling and servicing, paying agency, collateral or disbursing agency, securities (whether bond, note, debenture or other) registrar, transfer agency or document custody Contracts and all other fiduciary, agency and corporate trust Contracts, including call rights, in each case, in respect of the Appointments.
The Trustee s responsibility for disbursing the above information to the Certificateholders is limited to the availability, timeliness and accuracy of the information derived from the Master Servicer. By each Determination Date the Master Servicer shall provide to the Trustee in electronic form the information needed to determine the distributions to be made pursuant to Section 4.02 and any other information on which the Master Servicer and the Trustee mutually agree.
Securities Administrator Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., or its successor in interest, or any successor securities administrator appointed as herein provided.
Trust Agent means U.S. Bank, as Trust Agent under the Titling Trust Agreement.

Corporate Trust Capacity means trustee, registrar, agency (including as paying agent, transfer agent, collateral agent, fiscal agent, escrow agent or similar agency capacity), servicer, master servicer, custodial (including document custody) or other similar capacity under a Corporate Trust Contract, and any rights or duties arising from, or the provision of any services in connection with, any such capacities.
Trust Officer means any officer within the corporate trust division (or any successor group) of the Trustee or any other officer of the Trustee customarily performing functions similar to those performed by the Persons who at that time shall be such officers, and also means, with respect to a particular corporate trust matter, any other officer of the Trustee to whom such trust matter is referred because of his knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject.
Delaware Trustee means the Person identified as the “Delaware Trustee” in the preamble to this Trust Agreement, solely in its capacity as Delaware Trustee of the Trust and not in its individual capacity, or its successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor Delaware Trustee appointed as herein provided.
Records administrator means the director, county clerk, municipal secretary, superintendent, or other person responsible for maintaining the records of the local governmental entity.
indenture trustee or “institutional trustee” means the Trustee.
NIM Trustee The trustee for the NIM Securities.
Serviced Corporate Trust Contract means any Corporate Trust Contract in respect of a Serviced Appointment.
Certificate Paying Agent means any paying agent or co-paying agent appointed pursuant to Section 3.10 and shall initially be Wilmington Trust Company.
Certificate Registrar means the register mentioned and the registrar appointed pursuant to Section 3.4.
Successor Delaware Trustee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(e).
Certificate Administrator means the certificate administrator appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Successor Institutional Trustee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).
Trustee Officer means, with respect to the Indenture Trustee, any officer within the Corporate Trust Office of the Indenture Trustee with direct responsibility for the administration of the Indenture and the other Basic Documents on behalf of the Indenture Trustee and also, with respect to a particular matter, any other officer to whom such matter is referred because of such officer's knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject and, with respect to the Owner Trustee, any officer within the Corporate Trust Office of the Owner Trustee with direct responsibility for the administration of the Trust Agreement and the other Basic Documents on behalf of the Owner Trustee.
