The Company hereby initially designates the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee as such office of the Company.
If at any time the Company fails to maintain any such required office or agency or fails to furnish the Trustee with the address thereof, such presentations, surrenders, notices and demands may be made or served at the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee.
If a Default occurs with respect to Securities of any series and is continuing and written notice of such Default has been received by a Responsible Officer of the Trustee at the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee, and such written notice references the Securities and this Indenture, the Trustee shall give to each Holder of Securities of such series notice of Default within the later of 90 days after the occurrence of such Default or promptly after receipt of such written notice.

If at any time the Issuers shall fail to maintain any such required office or agency or shall fail to furnish the Trustee with the address thereof, such presentations, surrenders, notices and demands may be made or served at the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee, and the Issuers and each Guarantor hereby appoints the Trustee as its agent to receive all such presentations, surrenders, notices and demands.
