Preliminary service plan definition

Preliminary service plan means the initial intake, evalua- tion, and preliminary care plan including the client's strengths, def- icits, and potential needs. The adult day center must determine based on the preliminary service plan whether they can meet those needs and accept the client into the adult day program.
Preliminary service plan means the preliminary service plan as outlined in Section 7.3 and Volume Two - Annex 2.1.

  • Service Plan means the Operating Plan and Budget appended as Schedules A and D2a of Schedule D;

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • State implementation plan or “SIP” means the plan adopted by the state of Iowa and approved by the Administrator which provides for implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of such primary and secondary ambient air quality standards as they are adopted by the Administrator, pursuant to the Act.
