Pre-Sale Period definition

Pre-Sale Period means the period starting on the Offer Start Date and ending on 12 December 2017 24:00 CET; in the Pre-Sale Period the ETH Token Value equals 0.003 Ether for a single RTH.

More Definitions of Pre-Sale Period

Pre-Sale Period means the period starting on 5 March 2018 and ending on 15 May 2018.
Pre-Sale Period means the period commencing on the date on which the Company first commits to sell FUND Tokens to Pre- Sale Subscribers (the “Pre Sale Period Commencement Date”) and ending upon the commencement of the Public Token Sale.

  • Allocation Period means (a) the period commencing on February 10, 2016 and ending on December 31, 2016, (b) any subsequent period commencing on January 1 and ending on the following December 31, or (c) any portion of the period described in clause (a) or (b) for which the Partnership is required to allocate Net Profits, Net Losses, and other items of Partnership income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to ARTICLE IV.

  • Pre-Distribution Tax Period means any taxable period (or portion thereof) that ends on or before the Distribution Date.
