The Township may choose to discontinue use of electronic proposals via PARITY by issuing a notification to such effect via TM3 News Services, or by other available means, no later than 3:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) on the last business date prior to the Sale Date set forth above.
A determination as to the award will be made no later than 5:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) on the Sale Date.
