Pre-Confirmation Committees definition

Pre-Confirmation Committees means, jointly, the Creditors’ Committee and the Equity Committee.

Examples of Pre-Confirmation Committees in a sentence

  • The Trustee, after consultation and with the consent of the Pre-Confirmation Committees, shall file and serve on each Holder of an Allowed Class 2 Claim the proposed treatment of such Claim on or before one (1) week prior to the Confirmation Hearing.

  • To the extent necessary, the Liquidating Trustee may retain and compensate additional professionals (including, but not limited to the Professionals retained by the Debtor, the Trustee and the Pre-Confirmation Committees prior to the Effective Date) and other Persons to assist the Liquidating Trustee in carrying out its duties under the Plan.

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Managing Committee means the individual or the body of individuals entrusted or charged with the management and administration of a private educational institution and where a society, trust, or an association manages more than one such institution, includes the managing committee of each such institution;

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Legislative Leadership Committee means a committee established, authorized to be established, or designated by the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the General Assembly, or the Minority Leader of the General Assembly pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-10.1 for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.

  • Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Party committee means any committee organized by or authorized by the
