Related Fund definition
Related Fund means, with respect to any Lender that is an investment fund, any other investment fund that invests in commercial loans and that is managed or advised by the same investment advisor as such Lender or by an Affiliate of such investment advisor.
Related Fund means, with respect to any Lender that is a fund that invests in bank or commercial loans and similar extensions of credit, any other fund that invests in bank or commercial loans and similar extensions of credit and is advised or managed by (a) such Lender, (b) an Affiliate of such Lender or (c) an entity (or an Affiliate of such entity) that administers, advises or manages such Lender.
Related Fund in relation to a fund (the “first fund”), means a fund which is managed or advised by the same investment manager or investment adviser as the first fund or, if it is managed by a different investment manager or investment adviser, a fund whose investment manager or investment adviser is an Affiliate of the investment manager or investment adviser of the first fund.

For the avoidance of doubt and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, any Person or any trading desk(s), fund(s), account(s), business group(s), and/or unit(s) therein of, or advised by the same investment advisor of, a Consenting Stakeholder shall not be a Consenting Stakeholder nor deemed an Affiliate or Related Fund of a Consenting Stakeholder to the extent expressly excluded on a Consenting Stakeholder’s signature page to this Agreement.

Related Fund means, with respect to any Person, an Affiliate of such Person, or a fund or account managed by such Person or an Affiliate of such Person.
