Group long-term care insurance means a long-term care insurance policy which is delivered or issued for delivery in this State and issued to:
Standard Hazard Insurance Policy means a fire and casualty extended coverage insurance policy in such amount and with such coverage as required by this Agreement.
Special Primary Insurance Policy Any Primary Insurance Policy covering a Mortgage Loan the premium of which is payable by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.04(a), if so identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule. There are no Special Primary Insurance Policies with respect to any of the Mortgage Loans.
group insurance means insurance, other than creditor’s group insurance and family insurance, whereby the lives of a number of persons are insured severally under a single contract between an insurer and an employer or other person; (“assurance collective”)
Reimbursement insurance policy means a policy of insurance
Policy Matrix means the policy matrix as agreed between the Borrower and ADB which sets forth the actions to be taken by the Borrower under the Program;
Policy Framework means a policy framework issued under section 26 of the Act.
Long-term care insurance means group insurance that is authorized by the retirement system for retirants, retirement allowance beneficiaries, and health insurance dependents, as that term is defined in section 91, to cover the costs of services provided to retirants, retirement allowance beneficiaries, and health insurance dependents, from nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health care providers, adult day care providers, and other similar service providers.
Policy Year means the period of time these Terms and Benefits are in force. The first Policy Year shall be the period from the Policy Effective Date to the day immediately preceding the first Renewal Date as specified in the Policy Schedule (both days inclusive) within one (1) year period; and each subsequent Policy Year shall be the one (1) year period from each Renewal Date.
Primary Insurance Policy Each policy of primary mortgage guaranty insurance or any replacement policy therefor with respect to any Mortgage Loan.
Insurance Affordability Program means a program that is one of the following:
Policy Grievance shall be signed by a xxxxxxx or a Union representative or, in the case of an Employer's policy grievance, by the Employer or its representative.
Policy Provider means MBIA Insurance Corporation, or any successor thereto.
Life Insurance Policy has the meaning given in Section 6.11.
Policy Owner means the owner named in the policy or the certificate holder in the case of a group policy.
Hazard Insurance Policy means, with respect to each Contract, the policy of fire and extended coverage insurance (and federal flood insurance, if the Manufactured Home is secured by an FHA/VA Contract and such Manufactured Home is located in a federally designated special flood area) required to be maintained for the related Manufactured Home, as provided in Section 5.09, and which, as provided in said Section 5.09, may be a blanket mortgage impairment policy maintained by the Servicer in accordance with the terms and conditions of said Section 5.09.

Health-care-insurance receivable means an interest in or claim under a policy of insurance which is a right to payment of a monetary obligation for health-care goods or services provided.

Underlying insurance means the DESIGNATED UNDERLYING POLICY and all insurances affording professional liability insurance coverage to any INSURED hereunder which are considered to be primary to this insurance, including without limitation, any such mandatory insurance coverage afforded any INSURED by any law society or other program, and any such non-mandatory insurances purchased as coverage or primary to (beneath) this POLICY coverage, but in no case shall include any insurance specifically acquired and stated to be in excess of this POLICY. Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.
Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).
Policy Statement means a written description of the current approach of an agency, entitled a policy statement by the agency head or its designee, to implementation of a statute or other provision of law, of a court decision, or of an agency order, including where appropriate the agency's current practice, procedure, or method of action based upon that approach.
FHA Insurance The contractual obligation of FHA respecting the insurance of an FHA Loan pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended.
National Flood Insurance Program means the program created by the U.S. Congress pursuant to the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 and the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, as revised by the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994, that mandates the purchase of flood insurance to cover real property improvements located in Special Flood Hazard Areas in participating communities and provides protection to property owners through a Federal insurance program.
