Policy Matrix definition

Policy Matrix means the policy matrix attached to the Policy Letter, as agreed between the Borrower and ADB which sets forth actions accomplished or to be accomplished by the Borrower under the Program Cluster;
Policy Matrix means the policy matrix agreed between the Recipient and ADB and attached to the Policy Letter;
Policy Matrix means the policy matrix attached to the Policy Letter as agreed between the Borrower and ADB;

Policy Matrix means the policy matrix agreed between the Borrower and ADB attached to the Policy Letter, setting forth the objectives, policies and actions accomplished or to be accomplished by the Borrower under the Program;
