Central Business District. 00 Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx as described in San Xxxx Municipal Code 23 Section 9.10.1500 and as set forth in Exhibit 4 (“Central Business District and Transit Mall 24 Zone”) to this Agreement, (“CBD”).
Central Business District. The Central Business District (“CBD” or Exhibit 14) is defined as along Salem Street from Salem Heritage Plaza and the Apex Car & Truck Sales lot on the North end to Apex Family Medicine and Yadkin Bank on the South end and includes the area immediately around the Caboose adjoining the Depot property. Services outlined in this Agreement in the CBD shall be provided four times per month (leaving no more than seven days between services) throughout the year including litter pickup outside of the growing season. Maintenance of the hanging baskets, including watering, is the responsibility of the Contractor (if more watering/maintenance is needed to keep flowers in baskets healthy, a planned maintenance schedule will be discussed and the Parties may amend this Agreement as provided for in the Agreement to reflect new services and costs of those services).
Central Business District. The Central Business District is the most densely developed area within the Development Area. It was once the Center for banking, retail, and professional offices for the Northern Kentucky region, but over the last several decades the uses within this area has changed significantly. The area consists of approximately 673 properties, with most of the buildings being constructed prior to 1925. The prevailing uses within the area are commercial, mixed-use, residential, and public/institutional. A number of the buildings within the Central Business District have been re-developed from retail uses to small office and other uses.

Central Business District. The boundaries of the Central Business District are as follows: Commencing at Market and Julian Streets; east on Julian to Fourth Street; then south on Fourth Street to San Salvador; then west on San Salvador to South Market Street; then northwest on Market Street to San Xxxxxx Street; then west on San Xxxxxx to Almaden Boulevard; then north on Almaden Boulevard to Santa Xxxxx Street; then east on Santa Xxxxx Street to Market Street; then north on Market Street to Xxxx Xxxxxx Street, the point of beginning. Premises on both sides of the boundary streets shall be included in the Central Business District. Solid waste, recyclables, and yard trimmings collections from premises located within the Central Business District shall take place within the hours required by the San Xxxx Municipal Code and shall be completed the same day except within the Transit Mall Zone. Transit Mall Zone The boundaries of the Transit Mall Zone are as follows: Commencing at Market and Julian Streets; then east on Julian Street to Third Street; then south on Third Street to San Xxxxxx Street; then west on San Xxxxxx Street to Market Street; then north on Market Street to Julian Street, the point of beginning; but excluding any premises which face Julian, Third, San Xxxxxx, or Market Streets. Solid waste collections from premises located within the Transit Mall Zone shall take place within the hours required by the San Xxxx Municipal Code. Solid waste collection regulations for the Transit Mall Zone are contained in the San Xxxx Municipal Code. CONTRACTOR shall provide SFD Recycling Collection Services at the Small Civic Service Units listed in Service Districts A and C.   • School District For purposes of administering this Agreement, the term "School District" shall mean the School Board or its designated representative.

  • Public Works Installation work which is considered public works is excluded from purchase under this Contract. Historically, the New York State Bureau of Public Works has maintained that installation, maintenance and repair of equipment attached to any wall, ceiling or floor or affixed by hard wiring or plumbing is public work. In contrast, installation of a piece of equipment which is portable or a “plug-in” free-standing unit would not be considered public work. Thus, this Contract does not authorize installation where the equipment becomes a permanent part of the building structure, or is otherwise incorporated into the fabric of the building (e.g., installation on a wall, ceiling or floor in a fixed location, or affixed by hard-wiring or plumbing).
