Policy Certificate definition

Policy Certificate means the certificate issued to the Insured Person evidencing the Insured Person’s cover under the Policy.
Policy Certificate means the certificate attached to and forming part of this Policy;
Policy Certificate means that portion of the Policy which sets out Your personal details, the type and plan of insurance cover in force, the Policy duration and sum insured etc. Any Annexure or Endorsement to the Schedule shall also be a part of the Certificate.

  • Your Policy Certificate will tell you if cover has been extended to include these activities under the endorsements section.

  • A failure of either party to enforce at any time any of the provisions of the Policy, Certificate or Table of Benefits, or to exercise any option which is herein provided, shall in no way be construed to be a waiver of such provision of the Policy, Certificate or Table of Benefits.
