Release Certificate definition
Release Certificate means a Release Certificate in the form attached to this Appendix "C" as Schedule 2 executed by a duly authorized officer of the Custodian and delivered by the Custodian to the applicable Fund by facsimile transmission or in such other manner as such Fund and the Custodian may agree in writing.
Release Certificate means a Release Certificate in the form attached as Exhibit 2 to this Appendix A, executed by a duly authorized officer of the Custodian and delivered by the Custodian to the Fund by facsimile transmission or in such other manner as the Fund and the Custodian may agree in writing.
Release Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 9.11(b).

Any execution and delivery of any document pursuant to the preceding sentence ofto the Administrative Agent a Release Certificate in accordance with Section 8.09 hereof (and for the avoidance of doubt, no other documentation or information shall be required to be provided by the Borrower or any other Restricted Subsidiary).
More Definitions of Release Certificate
Release Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Procuring Agency, confirming, inter alia, that the Contractor has fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement including the Warranty Obligations;

Release Certificate means the document referred to in Article V, paragraph 8 (c) (iii), issued by the national regulatory authorities of the place where the vaccine to which it relates is manufactured confirming that the national regulatory authority has completed its quality control tests on the vaccines in question and authorising the release of those vaccines for use. Services means the services referred to in Annex VIII. Supplies means the supplies listed in Annex I.
