Release Certificate definition

Release Certificate means a Release Certificate in the form attached to this Appendix "C" as Schedule 2 executed by a duly authorized officer of the Custodian and delivered by the Custodian to the applicable Fund by facsimile transmission or in such other manner as such Fund and the Custodian may agree in writing.

Release Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Procuring Agency, confirming, inter alia, that the Contractor has fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement including the Warranty Obligations;

Release Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 9.11(b).

Examples of Release Certificate in a sentence

• Upon payment by a Fund, on behalf of one of its Portfolios, of any Overdraft Obligation secured by the pledge of Collateral, the Custodian shall promptly deliver to such Fund a Release Certificate pursuant to which the Custodian shall release Collateral from the lien under the applicable Pledge Certificate or Written Notice pursuant to Section 3 having a fair market value equal to the amount paid by such Fund on account of such Overdraft Obligation.

• Pursuant to Section 5 of Appendix "C" attached to the Agreement, the Custodian hereby releases the securities listed on Exhibit "A" attached to this Release Certificate from the lien under the [Pledge Certificate dated ___________, or the Written Notice delivered pursuant to Section 3 of Appendix "C" dated _________ ].

• Pursuant to Section 5 of Appendix "C" attached to the Agreement, the Custodian hereby releases the securities listed on Exhibit "A" attached to this Release Certificate from the lien under the [Pledge Certificate dated ___________, 19 or the Written Notice delivered pursuant to Section 3 of Appendix "C" dated _________, 19 ].

• All charges incidental to carrying out such instructions will be charged to the Account, unless otherwise authorized by the Service Company and instructed by the Participant.

• Upon payment by the Fund of any Advance Obligation secured by the pledge of Collateral, the Custodian shall promptly deliver to the Fund a Release Certificate pursuant to which the Custodian shall release Collateral from the lien under the applicable Pledge Certificate or Written Notice pursuant to Section 3 having a fair market value equal to the amount paid by the Fund on account of such Advance Obligation.

More Definitions of Release Certificate

Release Certificate has the meaning given that term in Section 8.15(b).

Release Certificate means a certificate executed by the Corporation and by the Investor in the form attached as Schedule "B" hereto and addressed to the Subscription Receipt Agent confirming that the Release Conditions have been satisfied or waived;

Release Certificate means the document referred to in Article V, paragraph 8 (c) (iii), issued by the national regulatory authorities of the place where the vaccine to which it relates is manufactured confirming that the national regulatory authority has completed its quality control tests on the vaccines in question and authorising the release of those vaccines for use. Services means the services referred to in Annex VIII. Supplies means the supplies listed in Annex I.

Release Certificate means a Release Certificate in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit “A” signed by a responsible officer of the Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor, as applicable, or, at the election of Agent, by Agent as attorney-in-fact for the Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor pursuant to the power of attorney contained in this Agreement.

Release Certificate means an Officer’s Certificate of the Company delivered to the Escrow Agent and the Trustee certifying that the Escrow Release Conditions have been satisfied.
