Release Certificate means a Release Certificate in the form attached as Exhibit 2 to this Appendix A, executed by a duly authorized officer of the Custodian and delivered by the Custodian to the Fund by facsimile transmission or in such other manner as the Fund and the Custodian may agree in writing.

Services means the services referred to in Annex VIII. Supplies means the supplies listed in Annex I.
