The Credit Facility is or is to be evidenced and/or secured by this Agreement, the Note, the Mortgage, the Assignment of Rents, the Security Agreement, the Closing Certificate, and all such other documents as the Lender may require from time to time in order to effectuate the intent of this Agreement, together with all renewals, extensions and modifications thereto (the “Loan Documents”).
In making its decision to purchase the Property, Buyer represents that it has had sufficient opportunity to review, investigate, study and conduct tests on the Property and that it has relied solely upon its investigation of the Property and the Closing Certificate.
