POINT OF DELIVERY LIMITED SERVICE definition

POINT OF DELIVERY LIMITED SERVICE means the transfer of milk or milk products to a customer's available refrigeration where such refrigeration is the primary merchandising space as well as the sole point of delivery and storage for the milk or milk products located at the customer's permanent place of business, with the customer assuming full responsibility for such milk or milk products at the time of delivery (except for products determined to be defective at the time of delivery and returned by the customer not later than the fifth day following the date of delivery). This Point of Delivery Limited Service shall not include price marking or credit for returned products, except as allowed above, either at the point of delivery or any other place. Point of Delivery Limited Service shall only be made to customers who obtain products for resale to the public for consumption off the premises of the customer. Point of Delivery Limited Service shall only be available to customers who resell milk or milk products in the same form in which they purchase them.

Related to POINT OF DELIVERY LIMITED SERVICE

  • Point of Delivery , or “POD” means the point at which electrical energy is transferred from a transmission facility owner’s Transmission Facility to a distribution system and where the electric energy so transferred is measured;

  • Point of Interconnection means the point or points where the Customer Interconnection Facilities interconnect with the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities or the Transmission System.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP) is a telephone central office switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Point of Service means the point at which FortisAlberta’s service conductors are connected to the conductors or apparatus of a Customer;

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same. Switching and Tagging Rules:

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.

  • Point of Receipt or “POR” means the point on an electricity transmission or distribution system where an electricity receiver receives electricity from a deliverer. This point can be an interconnection with another system or a substation where the transmission provider’s transmission and distribution systems are connected to another system.

  • Share Delivery Quantity For any Settlement Date, a number of Shares, as calculated by the Calculation Agent, equal to the Net Share Settlement Amount for such Settlement Date divided by the Settlement Price on the Valuation Date for such Settlement Date. Net Share Settlement Amount: For any Settlement Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrants exercised or deemed exercised on the relevant Exercise Date, (ii) the Strike Price Differential for the relevant Valuation Date and (iii) the Warrant Entitlement.

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Public safety answering point (PSAP) means a 24-hour, state, local, or contracted communications facility, which has been designated by the local service board to receive 911 service calls and dispatch emergency response services in accordance with the E911 service plan.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB) refers to the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-xxxx environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.
