Plan Z definition

Plan Z means the plan marked Z referred to in clause 12C(1) of the Agreement. [Section 11 inserted by No. 15 of 1995 s. 6.] First Schedule THIS AGREEMENT is made the day of 197 BETWEEN THE HONOURABLE XXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXX, M.L.A., Premier and Treasurer of the State of Western Australia, acting for and on behalf of the said State and its instrumentalities from time to time (hereinafter called “the State”) of the one part and ALWEST PTY. Plan Z means the plan marked Z referred to in clause 12C(1) of the Agreement. Plan Z means the Integrated Health Services, Inc. Supplemental Deferred Compensation Plan, effective as of January 1, 1995.

Examples of Plan Z in a sentence

  • The formula provided under Plan Z, even taking into account the offset for vested accrued benefits under Plan Y, is not a statutory hybrid benefit formula.

Basin Plans are adopted by each Regional Water Board, approved by the State Water Board and the Office of Administrative Law, and identify surface water and groundwater bodies within each Region’s boundaries and establish, for each, its respective beneficial uses and water quality objectives.   • Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).

  • Retiree Health Plan means an "employee welfare benefit plan" within the meaning of Section 3(1) of ERISA that provides benefits to individuals after termination of their employment, other than as required by Section 601 of ERISA.

  • 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10.

  • Community rehabilitation program means a program that provides directly or facilitates the provision of one or more of the following vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities to enable those individuals to maximize their opportunities for employment, including career advancement:

  • Deferral Plan means the UGI Corporation 2009 Deferral Plan.

  • Paycheck Protection Program means loan program created by Section 1102 of the CARES Act.

  • Rehabilitation Plan means a written plan designed to enable the Employee to return to work. The Rehabilitation Plan will consist of one or more of the following phases:

  • Rehabilitation Program means a written vocational rehabilitation program:

  • Rehabilitative employment means any occupation or employment for wage or profit or any course or training that entitles the disabled employee to an allowance, provided such rehabilitative employment has the approval of the employee’s doctor and the underwriter of the Plan. If earnings are received by an employee during a period of total disability and if such earnings are derived from employment which has not been approved as rehabilitative employment, then the regular monthly benefit from the Plan shall be reduced by one hundred percent (100%) of such earnings.

  • Former Plan means any employee benefit plan in respect of which the Customer or a Subsidiary has engaged in a transaction described in Section 4069 or Section 4212(c) of ERISA.

  • Retiree means any person who has begun accruing a retirement

  • SRP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 hereof.

  • Period of Affordability means the time during which HOME Loan financed units must remain affordable to eligible households, as defined by HOME program regulations and this Plan. The Period of Affordability shall commence upon completion of the project and shall run for the period required under HOME regulations or the term of the HOME Loan, whichever is greater. Completion shall be defined as set forth in the HUD regulations for the HOME program.
