For employees choosing to enroll in the MESSA ABC Plan 1 or MESSA ABC Plan 2, the Employer agrees to fund the HSA deductibles at the IRS established rates for the duration of this contract only.

Plan 1 means the retirement plans in existence prior to the enactment of chapters 293, 294 and 295, Laws of 1977 ex. sess.
