Persons and families of moderate income definition

Persons and families of moderate income or “middle-income families” means persons and families of low or moderate income whose income exceeds the income limit for lower income households.
Persons and families of moderate income means persons and families deemed by the Agency to require the assistance made available by this Chapter on account of insufficient personal or family income taking into consideration, without limitation, (i) the amount of the total income of such persons and families available for housing needs, (ii) the size of the family, (iii) the cost and condition of housing facilities available and (iv) the eligibility of such persons and families for federal housing assistance of any type predicated upon a moderate or low and moderate income basis. Persons and families of moderate income means persons and families of moderate income as defined in Health and Safety Code Section 50093.

Persons and families of moderate income means persons and families defined in Section 50093 of the Health and Safety Code, as may be amended.

  • Severe forms of trafficking in persons means— (1) Sex trafficking in which a commercial sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person induced to perform such act has not attained 18 years of age; or

  • Persons of low income means persons or families who lack the amount of income which is necessary (as determined by the housing authority undertaking the housing project) to enable them, without financial assistance, to live in decent, safe and sanitary dwellings, without overcrowding;

  • Special Categories of Data means personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation;

  • Moderate Income means more than 50 percent but less than 80

  • Non-Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Disposable income means that part of the income due and payable of any individual remaining

  • Persons with Special Needs means Person with special needs as defined in Section 420.0004(13), F.S.

  • Moderate income housing means housing occupied or reserved for occupancy by households with a gross household income equal to or less than 80% of the median gross income for households of the same size in the county in which the city is located.

  • Specified Persons means the Directors, connected persons, the insiders, the Designated Employees and the promoters and immediate relatives are collectively referred to as Specified Persons.

  • Instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) means routine activities performed around the home or in the community and includes the following:

  • Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.

  • Judicial Council’s Master Account means the Judicial Council’s billing account to which the Contractor is authorized to charge specifically identified charges under this Agreement.

  • Non-Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
