Non-Participating Marriage and Family Therapist definition

Non-Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who does not have a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who has a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
